I have been collecting animation cels since the late 1990s. In the early years of my hobby, I owned cels from multiple cartoons, including The Transformers, G.I. Joe, The Simpsons, and various DC Animated Universe shows. I eventually decided to focus exclusively on The Transformers, my favorite cartoon series growing up. I launched The Transformers Cel Arkive in 2003. My primary goal was to display unique or extraordinary examples of cartoon art from this classic show.

My Transformers cel collection began with a small purchase from the Ohio-based company Art-Toons. Over the years, my collection has grown in size and scope. I now own assorted cels from the first three seasons of the TV series and Transformers the Movie. My collection also includes cels from "deleted" movie scenes and even an unaired public service announcement! I am fortunate to have acquired cels of many of my favorite Transformers characters, such as Omega Supreme, Cosmos, and Coronation Starscream. Somehow I've even been lucky enough to obtain a cel representing the female Autobots. Hopefully there is something here for every G1 fan to enjoy. Thank you for visiting.
